Background:

Joshua has grown up in the Merced area and is very familiar with Merced and the surrounding Central Valley.  His experiences and affiliations with the Central Valley Ag community put him in a position to serve the area’s Ag community in sales and leasing of agricultural property. 

Specialty:

Joshua’s focus is on sales, leasing, acquisition and §1031 exchanges of agricultural property as well as development land sales, acquisition and §1031 exchanges.  He is also available for sales and leasing of commercial office, retail, and industrial space.

Continuing Education:

Joshua is committed to continued education in the Commercial Real Estate field.  He is currently enrolled with the CCIM Institute as a CCIM candidate and will be receiving his CCIM designation with in the next 2 years.  He will also soon be pursuing membership with the Realtor Land Institute and the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation to better serve his Agricultural and Land Acquisition Clients.
